The Multipick 6-Pin Dimple and Euro Profile Practice Lock - Left-Hand combines a Euro profile cylinder and a dimple cylinder in one trainer - unique and only from Multipick. The lock literally has two sides: one features a Euro profile keyway, the other a dimple profile, so you simply choose which profile you want to train on. The special highlight is the left-sided cutaway, adapted to the mounting position of cylinder locks on American and Canadian doors, letting you authentically experience and learn picking in the inverted position. The left-slotted design also presents a fresh challenge for experienced pickers, and together with Multipick's right-slotted models it supports the practice needs of right- and left-handers alike.
Even the standard pin configuration takes real know-how to pick, and difficulty can be adjusted at any time via the fastening screws. Re-pinning is easy: loosen the grub screws with the supplied Allen key, swap the springs and pins, and screw everything back in. A 50-piece pinning kit, two keys and tweezers are included, and the cylinder is compatible with Multipick's additional pinning kits including spool and security pins. Multipick recommends the Centurion vise for secure holding during practice.
The cylinder is slotted on one side, with the closed side available to train entirely by feel. Only very high-quality, precise cylinder locks are used in production. Note: if using an electric pick gun, check the grub screws regularly as vibration can loosen them.
