If you change your mind about your purchase, The Key Guys are happy to exchange any product for alternative products or credit, within the following provisions:
- Product must be in original condition with any applicable packaging
- Product must be returned to The Key Guys Warehouse within five working days
- An invoice number must be provided as proof of purchase
- Any related shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
If you have received an incorrect order, or your product has a major fault, The Key Guys will happily repair, replace, or refund your product, and cover any associated shipping charges. Faulty products are those that have a problem that would reasonably prevent someone from purchasing them, are unsafe, or do not fulfil their guaranteed purpose.
If you have received incorrect or faulty product, please contact our sales team immediately, so they can arrange a timely resolution for you.
